Setting up synchronization is a breeze in 3 simple steps:
In Profile/Calendar Integration -> Copy Link
Email the link to yourself on your laptop/PC (this doesn't work on mobile)
(On Laptop/PC) Integrate the SHUBiDU link as a subscription in your main calendar:
OK, now you can view all SHUBiDU appointments in another calendar. Yeah!

Can I display appointments from another calendar in SHUBiDU? No, currently, this is not possible. Our approach involves displaying all family appointments from SHUBiDU in other calendars, such as your work calendar. We opted for this method because unfortunately, most companies block integration in the other direction.
How long does it take for an appointment to appear in my calendar? Appointments appear instantly when setting up the Premium version. If you enter a new appointment in the app, it may take a bit longer to appear in your calendar. This depends on how often your calendar checks for new appointments - something we can't influence. Typically, they should be visible within 2 hours.
I imported the calendar, but no new appointments are showing. Why is that? Please don't import. Importing is a one-time action and does not capture changes. It's crucial to integrate the link as a subscription—only then can new appointments be transferred automatically.
I don't want to see all appointments, only those that concern me. Yes, that's possible. You can simply copy the link in the app, where only your appointments are stored.
