   • Go to “Family” in the app to open your family details.

2. Add all family members

   • Just like your kitchen calendar, add everyone—kids, parents, grandparents, nanny, even your pet!

3. With or without a phone

   • Family members with a phone: See and add appointments for everyone.

   • No phone? Even young kids can have their own calendar in SHUBiDU—no email or phone number needed.

• Add a photo for each person to make your calendar truly yours.

• Attach photos to appointments—so no detail ever gets lost! Simply snap a picture of invitations, info slips, or schedules and add them to the event.

• Create columns for meal plans, cleaning routines, or your pet—whatever fits your family!

• If you and your partner accidentally set up two calendars, simply invite one to join the other and merge them easily.

• Encourage everyone to add their first appointment (like your next pizza night 🍕) and use emojis to make it fun!
